The biggest problem in designing Sunrooms is controlling overheating in the summer. Four Seasons has pioneered the development of glazing solutions. Our MC2 Wonderglass™ roof glazing reduces the relative heat gain to 30 BTU/ HR/ SQ FT compared to 170 BTU/ HR/ SQ FT for low E-glass - that's over an 80% reduction. Equally as important is the vertical area (and curved area where applicable). In those areas, we reduce the heat gain to only 79 BTU/ HR/ SQ FT, a 50% reduction, while still maintaining a clear look and without the need of dark tinted glass.
